The Toronto Pro SuperShow is proud to announce that Grunt Performance is adding a little CFL action to the weekend of May 31 to June 2 2013 - Toronto’s very own 2012 Grey Cup Champions, CFL winning team, the Toronto Argonauts!!

There will be two divisions at the Provincial AMMA Championship – Tatami MMA focused on junior/intermediate athletes, and Ring MMA for adults. Our office is fielding a number of calls from athletes wishing to enter the 1^st ever Ontario Championships in AMMA.  Below are the steps to enter the championships. 

Let’s see… where to begin… Well, I’m 26 years old. Born and raised in (upstate) New York where I currently live. Growing up I tried many different sports; soccer, softball, track, gymnastics, and cheerleading. Cheerleading was at the top of my list! I was always into fitness, competing, and performing.
